Our institute and its 5 international partners won a grant to realize a Grundtvig Learning Partnership project focused on ‘Creativity in adult education’.
Our project focuses on how to teach creative thinking and behaviours, methods to adult student in order to facilitate their adaptation to the rapid changes of the labour market, foster entrepreneurship and help disadvantaged groups like young graduates, unemployed people, elderly and already retired (60+) people, immigrants and handicapped people.
The program’s direct target group consists of the teachers who work in adult education. We focus on them, their skill development, in order to facilitate the integration of the new creative, innovative teaching approaches, techniques, methods into their educational methodology.
In the project there will be six international meetings, 1 in each country, on which we discuss about the main issues related to creativity.
